Corporate Control is Closer Than We Even Know

Looking back on the recent local election, I have realized one very important thing. Yes there may be tons of loser idiots in politics but they don't keep themselves there. They don't have the intelligence or the financial ability to smooth over their flaws and short comings. So I ask myself... How in the HELL do these idiots  have the BIGGEST political signs and the BIGGEST campaign budgets? Who wants these people in office so bad that they are willing to pour money into a leaky vessel. I may not know them by sight or by name but I know them by the cars they drive and the suits they wear.

Big business in a small town is just as corrupt as the really big business in a big town. It is your plant owners and downtown affiliates, your owners of chain companies and your judges & lawyers that back our politicians. So if your community is being over run with bad politicians then beware, because the politicians are the second person to blame. First and foremost it is the misguided few with the majority of the money that support these corrupt leaders and foot the bill for the 4'x5' signs with the excessive little flags attached. Most politicians can't even afford a 1'x2' sign much less the flags, much less the hired staff to assemble them and the tap on the flags.  A good politician conserves their money on the things that matter because they haven't been bought out by a endless supply of corporate sponsors. A good politician stands up for what is right and they keep their morals and dignity in check.

So remember... every politician that is in your face with advertising, that is a politician who has SOLD OUT!!! They aren't backing themselves. They are simply the face that your local businesses hide behind. They are the person that will buy into their greed and corruption. Then they will look into the faces of their fellow citizens and smile & lie because their conscious has failed them. Their morals are officiallly buried beneath a stack of cash and fancy trips to places they don't deserve to go.

Vote for the ones you don't see. Vote for the ones that see you for you. We cannot be as cows led to slaughter any longer. We don't have time to waste on indecision. Vote with your gut. Vote for the little guys who CARES. Vote for a president that will make us think and feel and see a difference AFTER they are inaugurated and not just until election day. Vote Green Party.
